Catopia Studio respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data associated with our games on the Facebook Instant Games platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data by following any of the methods below:
Method 1: Email Request
Send an email to xieziyang9@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include:
- Your Facebook display name
- The name of the game(s) you played
- A brief description of your request
Method 2: Through Facebook Settings
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites.
- Find our game and click Remove.
- Check the box to delete all data associated with the app.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your game profile and account information
- Game progress, scores, and achievements
- In-game preferences and settings
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. All game progress and purchases will be lost.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
- Deleting your data will not affect any data held directly by Facebook/Meta.
